Evare’s Leadership Development Package is designed to explore how an individual’s professional development is related to their MBTI® type. This package provides 4 hours of virtual training reviewing how communication, decision-making, change management, and conflict management are impacted through type indicators. Additionally, each participant will receive a MBTI® Interpretive Report for Organizations that explores how an individual’s MBTI type may be expressed in an organizational setting helping individuals to understand and leverage their MBTI type and work style for success and is ideal for organizational development, leadership development, and team-building applications.

The training requires an assessment containing 144 questions requiring approximately 30 Minutes to complete.
